Who we are
Youxiang Leather is a footwear roll-material supplier in Jinjiang, China. This notice covers our material catalogue and enquiries sent to us by email, WhatsApp or Zalo.

Information you send us
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send. These may include your name, company, email address, phone number, material requirements, quantities, destination and any photos, videos or documents you attach.
We use these details to answer your enquiry and discuss material matching, samples and order requirements. Please send only information needed for that discussion.
Suppliers and communication services
We do not forward your enquiry, contact details or attachments to suppliers.
Email, WhatsApp and Zalo providers process communications through their own services. This is separate from sharing an enquiry with a material supplier. Their privacy rules apply when you use those services. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy, Zalo Privacy Policy and the policy of your email provider.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep your enquiry messages and attachments for up to six months after the enquiry conversation ends. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
This period applies to enquiry records held by Youxiang Leather. It does not set the retention period used by your email provider, WhatsApp, Zalo or Google.
Request deletion
Email info@youxiangleather.com to request deletion of your enquiry records. Include the email address, WhatsApp number or Zalo profile used to contact us and enough detail to identify the conversation. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you choose to allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits and clicks on WhatsApp, Zalo, email and sample-request links. A contact-link click does not confirm that a message was sent. We do not use this setup for advertising.
Google receives device and visit information and may use analytics cookies. Our analytics events do not include your message text, email address, phone number or attachment contents. Learn how Google uses information from sites using its services and read the Google Privacy Policy.
You can decline analytics or change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. This does not affect browsing or contacting us. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days, unless you change it or clear browser storage. This is separate from the six-month enquiry retention period.
Website delivery and questions
Your browser sends technical request data to our website host to load pages, photos and videos. This is separate from optional Google Analytics.
