Sports footwear application

PU & Synthetic Leather for Sports Shoe Linings

Source roll materials for collar, quarter, tongue and other inside shoe components. The suitable construction depends on the component, backing, thickness, hand feel and required tests.

Start with the component

Different lining areas need different material checks

A surface appearance does not determine the final use. Confirm how the material will be cut, stitched, laminated and worn inside the shoe.

Collar Lining

Discuss hand feel, thickness, backing and the shape of the padded collar.

Quarter Lining

Confirm the panel construction, stitching process and target material support.

Tongue Lining

Match the roll material to tongue foam, lamination and seam construction.

Other Inside Parts

Send the component drawing or sample so the structure can be checked before sampling.

Send the inside shoe component first
